1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RBXLIM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RBXLIM.

2. No Refund Policy

All transactions on RBXLIM — including but not limited to item deposits, marketplace purchases, coinflip entries, and Robux exchanges — are final and non-refundable. By completing any transaction you acknowledge that:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including accidental purchases.
• Virtual currency and virtual items have no guaranteed monetary value.
• Outcomes of coinflips and other features are determined by provably fair algorithms and are not subject to dispute.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent. By signing this agreement you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. European Union — GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Object: You may object to certain data processing activities.
• Data Portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format.

5. Data Collection & Processing

We collect and process the following data to operate the Platform: Roblox username and user ID, transaction history, IP address (for fraud prevention and legal compliance), and this signed contract record including your full name and electronic signature. Data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

6. Virtual Items & Currency

All items and virtual currency on RBXLIM are virtual in nature and have no intrinsic real-world monetary value. They are non-transferable outside the Platform, non-redeemable for real money (except as explicitly provided), and subject to change or removal at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity; attempt to exploit, hack, or circumvent security measures; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law including EU consumer protection regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBXLIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of transactions processed through your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Users in the EU retain all statutory rights afforded to them under EU law, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR, which shall take precedence over any conflicting provisions herein.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform.
